How to smile with teeth if it doesn’t suit you. How to learn to smile beautifully: useful tips. Exercises for a smile
The term “Hollywood smile” was coined in the 30s of the last century by an American dentist. Since that time, we have associated this phrase with completely even and.
But is it really that simple? In fact, a beautiful smile consists of many components.
1. The lines of the upper teeth and lower lip repeat each other
The line running along the edge of the upper teeth should coincide with the curve of the lower lip.
2. A smile reveals no more than 10 teeth.
It's good to have a wide smile, but there is a limit to everything: people around you don't need to see all your teeth. Ten will be enough.
And, of course, the teeth should be perfectly white and straight. Fortunately, in modern dentistry you can whiten your teeth to a dazzling shine in a few hours. Or this can be done at home in a few weeks.
3. Lips almost completely hide gums
When you smile, your gums should not be particularly visible. If they protrude more than 3–4 mm, the smile is called “gummy” and is usually corrected by a dentist.
4. Facial lines run parallel
Ideally, the smile line (running between the corners of the mouth) should be parallel to the eye line (between the pupils).
5. The line of the upper lip runs parallel to the line of the upper teeth
A beautiful smile consists of parallel lines: the line from corner to corner of the lips, the line of the upper canines, the line of the upper incisors.
6. The central line of the face runs between the central incisors
A line drawn in the middle of the face should pass between the upper incisors. It is not necessary to coincide with the lower ones.
7. Your smile looks symmetrical.
The basis of a beautiful smile is symmetry, that is, one half of the lips should be symmetrical to the other. When smiling, about 40 different facial muscles work, but they are all trained differently, which is why the smile often turns out to be asymmetrical.
Practice in front of a mirror. If you want to be successful at something, you need to practice, right? The situation is similar with a smile. If you are not the type of person who naturally smiles a lot, you will need to get used to smiling and learn to express your feelings more naturally. Practice smiling when no one is around, in the bathroom, in your car. This way, you will be less shy.
- Every morning, try looking in the mirror and smiling at yourself. Focus on making your smile look natural, extending it toward your eyes. A slight grin will not convince anyone.
- Find a smile that you like the look of and try to remember how your face feels when you smile.
Think about a happy event or a loved one. It's no secret that if you're happy, you smile, so why not take advantage of this fact? If you find yourself in a situation where you know you'll have to smile and you want to look natural, take a moment to remember a happy moment or the face of the person you love.
- These positive pictures will automatically lift your mood and help you smile more naturally. Let's sum it up: think positive!
Watch people smile. Everyone knows at least one person for whom a smile is the simplest and most natural thing that can happen in life. The one who smiles without hesitation, who smiles at everyone and everything. Chances are that this person is liked by many people and is also considered friendly and reliable. This is the power of a great smile. Take time to interact with this person one-on-one in a social setting and pay attention to how and when they smile.
- Remember how often he smiles, as well as what he smiles in response to. Does he smile when you say something funny? Or even if not? Is he smiling to be polite or just because he seems genuinely happy to you?
- Now that you have seen how someone who smiles naturally manages to smile in normal conversations, you will feel more comfortable with the same behavior and will begin to smile more often in your daily interactions.
Find a partner. In situations like these, it can be helpful to have a partner who is willing to help you achieve your goal of smiling more often. This could be a romantic partner, your best friend or a workmate - it doesn't matter if it's someone you can rely on and who has good feeling humor. They just need a little nudge in situations where you forget to smile. This push is your turn to impress everyone with your dazzling smile.
- You could even come up with a small signal, like a wink or a subtle gesture, that you were able to communicate even from across a crowded room.
- A lot of people who don't smile get annoyed when someone tells them to "smile!" or "don't frown." However, if you ask a friend to help you with smile reminders, it's important not to get angry while they do their job. Remember - you asked for this yourself.
Choose something that will make you smile. Something like the "smile buddy" from the previous step, this should be something that will remind you to smile when you see or hear it. It could be a specific word or phrase, such as “please” or “thank you,” a small note on a computer monitor, or the sound of a phone ringing or someone laughing.
- Once you have chosen such a stimulus, you make a conscious effort to smile every time you notice it. It may seem silly, but it will help you get used to smiling on command, which will help you in social and business situations.
- Another cute idea is to draw a small smiley face on a spot that catches your eye often, such as the back of your hand. Do this every day and remember to smile every time you look at him, wherever and whoever you are with.
Smile at a stranger. You've probably heard that a smile is contagious. That when you smile at a person, they cannot resist smiling back. Test this theory and try smiling at a complete stranger at least once a day - be it someone on the street, at work or school, or someone sitting next to you on public transport. Imagine that this one gesture would start a chain reaction that would infect everyone. It's a nice feeling, isn't it?
- IN real life some people will think you're weird and some won't smile back, but don't let that stop you! Think of your smile as a good deed or a kind deed that will help make someone's day a little better.
- But if other people smile at you (and most will), then you will have shared a special moment with that person, a fleeting connection with another human being that will leave you feeling invigorated.
Keep a smile diary. For two or three weeks, take a couple of minutes at the end of each day to write down a short description of each time you smiled and why. Over time, you may notice a pattern and begin to recognize interactions and events that bring a truly genuine smile to your face.
- Maybe you've seen a cute squirrel jumping on a tree branch. Or you took the time to call an old friend. Once you understand what it is that makes you smile, you can make a conscious attempt to look for those things in your everyday life.
- Another great reason to keep a smile journal is that you can look at it when you're feeling down and remind yourself of every single time you felt genuinely happy. This should lift your spirits and help you keep smiling!
Work your facial muscles. Relaxing your facial muscles through exercises, including stretching and relaxation, can help your face smile more naturally, which means it won't make you feel weird. One exercise that works the same facial muscles as when smiling looks like this:
- Take a pencil and place it between your lips. Open your mouth and let the pencil roll between your teeth as far as possible. Bite down on the pencil to hold it in place and hold this position for thirty seconds. Repeat once a day.
Fake it until the smile is real. Frequent smiling will no doubt give you a strange feeling - it will seem unnatural and artificial. But don't give up. Other people won't even notice the difference, and the more often you do it, the more natural it will look.
- Smiling is a habit, so if you repeat it often enough, you'll smile without even thinking about it - which is exactly what you want to achieve.
- You can make your smile appear less fake by smiling with your eyes and mouth. Genuine smiles can be identified by the contraction of the muscles around the eyes, so this is exactly what you should strive for.
A smile is a unique tool used in communication. Once you learn to smile beautifully, you will become a more attractive person to talk to, you will attract attention and inspire confidence, you will also become physically healthier and slow down aging.
What is a smile?
A smile is the revitalization of the facial muscles, which shows a person’s good mood. It is a human emotion displayed on the face, in which up to fifty-three facial muscles participate.
First of all, smiling is a process that occurs in the brain. When a person smiles, certain processes are triggered in his brain. The left frontal lobe is activated, which is responsible for the emotions of happiness and joy. That is, when we smile, we feel joy and this joy is felt by the people around us, and when we rejoice, a smile appears. Its absence can become a serious barrier to communication. As a result, you need to learn to smile beautifully.
To learn to smile beautifully, first of all, you need to evaluate your own appearance.
In this video, Evgenia Bobrovskaya will show you what exercises you can use to achieve a beautiful smile:
Appearance rating
- Smile in front of the mirror;
- Assess the condition of your teeth;
- If the condition of your teeth is not satisfactory, try to limit your smile to your lips, without showing your teeth;
- If the number of teeth is not enough, restore them. To straighten teeth, you can use braces;
- Lips should not have peeling or cracks;
- To make your lips look good, you need to watch your diet and drink a complex of vitamins.
Purpose of a smile
The main purpose of a smile is to express emotions. Its absence causes mistrust, since it is a means of non-verbal communication.
Basic functions of a smile:
- It inspires mutual trust;
- Smiling can convey information that cannot be conveyed in words;
- It is contagious, so you can direct the person to communicate positively with you.
When a person smiles, “fun” hormones are produced - serotonin and dopamine. He becomes more confident and calmer. A smile makes a person more resistant to stress, helps relax muscles and speeds up recovery, and if a person is sick, speeds up his recovery.
Smiling promotes the production of endorphins . Endorphins are substances that are responsible for feelings of happiness and euphoria. This substance allows you to normalize blood pressure and defeat depression.
Unlike people who frown, a person who smiles is more attractive. And people communicate with such a person, and stay away from gloomy people. Usually when you smile, your interlocutor smiles back at you. Smiling improves interaction between people, attracts positive people and increases self-confidence.
Exercises for a beautiful smile
The condition of your lips and teeth is of course very important, but you also need to ensure that your lips are positioned correctly and learn how to use your facial muscles correctly. For a smile, not only the position of the lips is important, but also how a person’s eyes look when smiling.
For a good smile, you need to perform simple exercises that will not only make it perfect, but also slow down aging and improve blood circulation.
Before performing the exercises, you need to wash your hands, as you will need to touch your face with your hands.
Five exercises to make your smile beautiful:
- Smile widely. Correct your smile and check its symmetry. Afterwards, fix your lips in this position for 15 seconds, you can hold the corners of your lips with your fingers. This exercise must be performed 10-15 times a day;
- Fold your lips into a tube and stretch them forward, you need to stay in this position for ten seconds. This exercise also needs to be done 10-15 times a day;
- Stretch your tongue forward and take it with your lips, holding your tongue for 5 seconds. Perform 10 repetitions per day;
- Place three fingers on your cheeks. Pull your cheeks down slightly and smile. Duration of execution is 10 seconds, it must be done 15 times a day;
- Inhale quite deeply and exhale through tightly pursed lips. Repeat this task 20 times.
By performing these exercises, your smile will become truly beautiful. Also, do not forget to monitor the condition of your teeth and lips.
Give up bad habits and try to drink less coffee, as it turns your teeth yellow, and the sugar contained in this drink causes tooth decay.
In this training video, Alexandra Possokhova will tell you how to become the owner of a beautiful smile, what exercises will help develop it:
Sincere smile
To prevent your smile from looking “tight,” you need to relax your facial muscles. Because only on a relaxed face can a beautiful and sincere smile appear.
The most sincere smile is when the muscles around the eyes contract while smiling. Smile in front of the mirror and pay attention to the muscles around the eyes; if the eye muscles remain unchanged, while smiling, try squinting your eyes a little and feeling the small pads under the eyes.
Once you learn to use your eyes when you smile, it will look more sincere.
Do the following three exercises to relax your face:
- Open your mouth wide so that the skin on your lips, chin and cheeks stretches. Freeze for 5 seconds and then relax. Do the exercise 5 times;
- Take a deep breath and stick your tongue out as far as possible. Then exhale sharply. Repeat the exercise ten times;
- And in the last exercise you need to lightly pinch your cheeks. This will improve blood circulation.
Also, to keep your smile looking natural, try to avoid negative thoughts. And if suddenly your interlocutor evokes negative thoughts, try to abstract yourself and think about something positive.
Perform all the above exercises and positive attitude will allow you to smile naturally and beautifully. Over time, you will achieve a perfect smile, but do not forget to monitor the condition of your teeth and consult your dentist from time to time, and also systematically do exercises and practice in front of the mirror.
Video: 2 exercises (workouts)
In this video, trainer Konstantin Smirnov will show you two techniques that will help you develop a friendly and sincere smile:
Orthodontist:
I often ask myself the question: “Why don’t people know how to smile”? And I answer: “Because they are shy.” They are embarrassed by an ugly smile, they are embarrassed by crooked teeth, they don’t like something about themselves, it all comes from people’s internal complexes.
When patients come to see me for the first time, I immediately determine that their smile can be much better. This is already the so-called “professional deformation” (in in a good way words) of the brain, when, starting from the threshold of the door, when they come in, patients greet you, or when I greet a person, I smile a little, because this is a gesture of greeting. And I, as an orthodontist, already know: “Yeah, I see, he’s probably worried about this and that.”
How does a patient smile for the first time?
I’ll ask myself this question: how do they smile at me the first time they come in? A wide smile or a little shy? And what is this smile at first sight?
A smile at first sight is, to a large extent, a smile with the lips and at the same time - eyes on the floor. That is, patients come to a doctor who is constantly engaged in this, building beautiful smiles for them - what they strive for, and this is their first smile - it is a little constrained: either the teeth are slightly visible, or it is a smile only with the lips . That is, in 90 percent of greetings, patients never look me in the eye as the interlocutor.
The patient does not believe that smiling in its current form is his strong point. And this apparently confuses the patient. And this is embarrassment, this embarrassment occurs because the patient is really embarrassed. Your smile and yourself.
A beautiful smile is a weapon:
Thought out loud: After treatment, girls begin to take full advantage of all the possibilities of their smile. And 3 months before the end of treatment, pressure begins on the doctor, the girls begin to say: “I like my smile, let’s take everything off my teeth, I’m ready for achievements!”
I’ll ask the questions again: It turns out that people don’t know how to smile? Or they want to smile, but don’t know how to do it correctly, because if they do anything more, people will see their teeth, which they are so embarrassed about.
Therefore, it often happens to patients that they smile on only one side of their face. In photographs or during a conversation, when I communicate with a person, his facial expressions are already so programmed that he smiles in such a way that people do not see his crooked teeth or even just one crooked tooth.
Or, for example, he sits with a certain side to the interlocutor, because if in photographs you can simply not smile or smile only with your lips, then with the interlocutor, when we communicate, the teeth are still visible, the smile is still always visible. And so he either covers his mouth when laughing, or smiles only on a certain side, or his facial muscles are still tense, and he gets such a constrained smile.
Patients don't tell me that they have difficulty smiling.
And many do not admit it. As a rule, they say that “here, I have one uneven tooth and probably need to fix it.”
What happens when a patient feels the power of his smile
Question to yourself: When do I see that people have realized the power of their smile? When do they start telling me about this? Or are they just showing that their smile is starting to work?
When the patient’s teeth become more or less straight (it doesn’t matter whether the treatment is with braces or mouth guards, with braces this happens a little faster), already at the treatment stage he comes with satisfied, happy eyes and says: “My teeth have become straighter.” , they are almost even! Look how cool and how cool it is!” Sometimes (especially among girls) the phrase slips through: “Now I understand what it’s like to smile.”
Both men's and women's smiles are very interesting to observe - how they manifest themselves during the process of dental malocclusion treatment. It is impossible to distinguish which smile - a man's or a woman's - is more interesting to watch, because it is a SMILE. That is, the patient begins to smile not only with his teeth, he also begins to smile with his eyes, and when the smile is sincere, the patient uses all the facial muscles of his face! This feeling arises that at the moment of a sincere open smile, literally every cell of his body shows that he is really happy and sincerely smiling.
The beginning of the birth of a smile is without a smile. Photo protocol
Before starting treatment, I take a photo protocol and ask patients to smile. Do you know what happens to them at this moment?
They make such a standard smile, they simply show their teeth, like a grin, and the corners of their mouth stretch, so, in breadth. And this is a smile for them. I start telling them that “well, let’s do it more sincerely, let’s make it more natural,” and the patients answer that... “but I don’t smile in photographs, I don’t know what it’s like to smile.”
Thought out loud:
And even during the consultation, I see how some of the patients cover their mouths so that I don’t see their teeth. These are all complexes and self-doubt. Some to a greater extent, some to a lesser extent.
That is, people at this moment admit that photography for them is a kind of torture, and that they should be more serious in the photographs. And the feeling of self-doubt is triggered by the principle of the request “Just don’t show these photos of me to anyone, don’t show anyone my crooked teeth and ugly smile.”
The development of a patient's smile begins with a selfie on the Internet
When patients' teeth are corrected, they become straight and beautiful, then they begin to take... the most photographs in their lives - they make up for what they were missing, for which they experienced an internal hunger.
I keep in touch with many patients on social networks and this fact is very clear: before treatment - all photographs, selfies, when patients take photographs up close - they smile only with their lips. But as soon as their teeth begin to straighten, they become more satisfied with themselves, their appearance and a smile - and this is already a SMILE WITH THE TEETH, and their smile is already much wider from day to day, every day - by the end of orthodontic treatment (it doesn’t matter whether it’s mouthguards or braces, even with metal braces).
That is, people begin to smile wider and brighter, and there are more such smiles in their Instagram or Facebook feeds, although before that I saw that, in principle, none of them had smiles.
At this moment, it is clear and indicative of HOW this huge positive for a person, his real inner potential, begins to be realized. And the patient is ready to wait a year and a half for this moment.
A sincere open smile is a powerful weapon
A sincere sparkling smile is never ugly. No one ever has. This is a great motivator for patients! Still, they are ready to endure for the sake of a smile. This is why patients purposefully go towards their dream, they want it and know that “yes, it’s not easy, it’s not quick, but it will last for MY WHOLE LIFE.”
Let's now look at the photos and I'll tell you a little about the lives of these people. I'll tell you about the birth of their smiles.
Example 1: Making people smile
As a first example, let's look at this young man who was about 30 years old when he started orthodontic treatment. The treatment lasted a little over a year, not an entirely simple situation. And his smile has changed, although smiling and giving laughter is part of his job. His gorgeous smile at the end of the treatment did the trick, he is just like a Comedy Club Man!
He has a better smile than me!
I'm not giving up on this. In fact, with many of my patients, when I complete their orthodontic treatment, we take photographs together. And I can tell many that “cool, very cool”! Look how wide the smile is, although many people think that it also depends on the shape of the teeth, the shape of the jaws, and the type of facial structure. No, the patient’s smile depends on his inner liberation.
Example 2. How to conquer a model Olympus with a beautiful smile
Or here's a girl. She was 25 years old at the time of contacting me.
She is a model, and in the modeling business it is especially important that your smile is “a million”, that your smile is even, because a smile is the calling card of any person, but especially models, because they are photographed, their faces should always glow and shine. She was treated with braces.
We waited six months for her first bright smile
Yes, six months. We began to smile well and widely, we already removed the braces, after removal we had our teeth whitened and the smile began to shine with happy eyes.
Thought out loud: People not only don’t know how to smile, they smile just that way to hide their defects. They capture some moments that help the lips maintain facial expressions and thereby hide their aesthetic defects.
Example 3. “I just want my smile to be beautiful”
Before us
a girl who was starting orthodontic treatment. Also a teenager, with an uncertain, shy smile.
She didn’t talk about any problems she had because of her shyness in her smile.
No, that didn't happen. It was just that the teeth were growing unevenly. “I would like my smile to be beautiful” - that’s what she dreamed about when she turned to me.
And when we took off the braces, the girl began to shine, smile, and grow up. She began to shine.
Example 4. The path to a man’s smile is not easy to find.
And here is a young man
In the “before” photo (when he arrived) - it was a constrained smile, we could barely force him to smile - just look - his smile is strained.
There are such patients when you look for a way to their heart for quite a long time and not easily, because they are secretive people. But at the moment the orthodontic equipment was removed, something happened that can be called “the man revealed himself.” It was the revelation, because the smile finally shone, we finally achieved what we wanted. And everything worked out for us.
Example 5. Smile - shine!
This girl was bothered by two uneven teeth. And, again, we see what a strained smile was before the treatment. Ordinary - standard, “protocol”.
As a rule, when patients have an uncomfortable position of the lower jaw, they already move it a little forward in the photograph. This happens on a subconscious level so that their face becomes more harmonious. And when we finished the treatment, raised the high bite, pushed the lower jaw forward, the girl’s face became very harmonious from a professional point of view and, naturally, a sparkle appeared in her eyes! Shine and radiance appear when the patient cannot (and does not need) to restrain a smile of joy; the patient begins to have a so-called “gum smile”, when he smiles widely, widely.
And here is the patient after a year and a half of our orthodontic treatment - she is already like this, calmer, more confident, and does not smile so widely. But her smile still remains sincere and stable.
Example 6. The charm of a teenage smile
But I met this patient when he was very young, a teenager. When you carry out orthodontic treatment at a younger age, you have a certain responsibility that you are giving him a smile that will accompany him throughout his life and which he will probably live up to. And when he was still very little, when he came, his smile was very modest, closed, shy.
And the boy himself was so shy. And during the process of orthodontic treatment (it took us about a year and a half), the boy grew, became an increasingly mature young man, and at the end of the treatment he had a simply amazing smile!
He began to take more care of himself. He showed masculine charm: look at his hairstyle and styling. Growing up and moving to high school began. Ahead - all the first dates, adolescence)
Could I imagine that he would reveal the potential of his smile so much during treatment?
It was actually an experiment, because when you start orthodontic treatment, you already know in advance what kind of smile a person will have, because as an orthodontist, I model all this, build the treatment. But no matter what the patient will become after orthodontic treatment, and what his emotions will be like, it is never possible to predict.
That is, as a doctor, I make certain prerequisites and give him a “field for activity,” and then he himself begins to reveal his smile potential. And when a person’s smile becomes beautiful, wide, charming, and when the patient begins to further transform himself, then everything together gives him self-confidence and, let’s say, an excellent open future for global achievements.
So the young man became a stately, elegant young man!
Just like in a fairy tale, the “ugly duckling” turned into a prince. And that's great!
Example 7. O boxing, you are the world! And - my beautiful smile!
But here is the smile of a girl with dystopia. She applied for treatment at adolescence, while still in school.
At the time of contact, the girl was in 11th grade. Before us is an ordinary teenager. Very modest, you can even see it from the photograph. And very pressed inside herself.
But at the same time, despite the fact that she was very uptight, she is involved in such a very courageous sport - she practices boxing. By the way, she also continues to practice boxing now. Professionally.
During the treatment process there was no embarrassment about the fact that she was treated with braces. She was treated with the most ordinary, simple braces system, and she liked the treatment with braces so much that we constantly chose some kind of colored elastic bands, chains, ligatures. And she saw the result, which she liked more and more every day.
She liked both the creative process itself and the resulting result.
And all due to the fact that when the teeth are straightened, the patient literally enjoys the fact that his smile becomes beautiful, wide, and open. And some colorful accessories that accompanied her throughout the treatment only encouraged her to do various fun experiments, lifting the spirits of everyone around her!
The treatment took a year and a half. Before the treatment, I can’t say that she didn’t smile at all, no. But in her smile there was... Do you know what you see sometimes? - if you ask a person to smile, he always hides some of his defects and shortcomings precisely in the position of his teeth. And he tries never to show them for anything. And even in the photograph, when you ask him to smile, he automatically smiles tightly, covering those teeth that are uneven.
What always holds me back from removing my braces ahead of time?
It's all about the patient's teeth, because a smile and straight teeth are one thing, but we still have to achieve the correct bite, the correct position of the teeth. So that the treatment result becomes stable for a long time.
What do my patients' smiles have in common?
The smile is always wide. Especially on the day of removing braces or aligners. When we finish treatment, when we see the result of what we have done, what work we have done on it all, the smile is glowing! Both the patient’s and mine!)) The patient’s eyes light up, the patient smiles widely, and we begin to laugh.
Even the most ardent pessimists, and at the end of treatment they all open up in their smile. When I ask them to smile, I no longer need to explain to them exactly how to smile (widely or not widely, this way or that way). And even when we take photographs without a smile, in these photographs the patients still cannot contain their smile, because they are happy! And it helps them smile.
During the treatment process, when the teeth become straighter every month, the patient’s smile, even with braces, becomes wider and wider.
When we remove all the equipment from the teeth, the patient’s smile truly shines. People cannot hide their happiness. The happiness of a perfect smile, our beautiful teeth and the result - that together we have traveled such a long and difficult path to perfection.
Thought out loud: When you ask, say “let’s smile broadly,” they grin. You say: “Let’s be more natural,” and you hear in response: “But I don’t know how to smile.”
My greetings to everyone! A beautiful smile attracts people and encourages communication. But the trouble is, many people cannot smile charmingly. There are secret techniques that will teach you how to learn to smile beautifully, attracting people to you.
A smile is your business card
A smile can decide the outcome of a business meeting or a first date, so you need to learn to naturally and beautifully bloom all over your face. Let's look at effective techniques for getting into a smiling state.

How to smile beautifully in a photo
It's hard to get a good shot if you're in a bad mood. While posing in front of the camera, remember a funny incident. Your eyes will immediately sparkle and transform beautifully.
Before taking a photo, practice in front of a mirror.
Rules for beautiful photography:
The stronger sex also dreams of a beautiful facial expression in order to defeat girls on the spot. Men should not bare their teeth; it is better to let sparks of laughter “fly” from your eyes. To make it feel natural, think about something sexy.
Smile with your eyes, leaving a mystery, this is very attractive to the opposite sex.
How to smile beautifully with teeth
To break into a smile with teeth, first of all you need to have well-groomed teeth. If your teeth are uneven, then consult a dentist, today they work real miracles.
You can learn not to open your teeth, but to show a cheerful mood with just your lips. If you want to learn to smile naturally, then do exercises every day that will help strengthen your facial muscles.
- Fold your lips into a tube, stretch them forward, twist them in a circle with 5 movements in one direction and the other. Relax your muscles.
- Smile as wide as you can and hold for 15-20 seconds. Return to i.p. Perform 10-15 repetitions.
- Extend your tongue far forward and press your lips together, holding for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times.
- Purse your lips as tightly as possible and extend them forward, as if you were about to whistle. Do 15 times.
- Take a deep breath, closing your lips tightly, fill your lungs, then exhale in thrusts through closed lips. Repeat 20 times.
Why do you need to do exercises?
By strengthening your facial muscles, you will be able to freely use your facial expressions and create a sincere smile.
And sincerity can disarm any enemy, improve relations with a strict boss, and quickly conclude a business agreement.
When you feel like crying out of despair, blur out from your heart and you will feel much better. You will soon feel that your sadness is not so terrible, you will want to have fun and laugh. If you made a mistake, a shy smile will help smooth it out. Children use this technique and everything is forgiven for them.
If a person has grief or sadness, try to help him by simply smiling, encouraging, helping with advice.
Secrets of a charming smile
In addition to exercises, there are other techniques.
- Training in front of a mirror will help consolidate the results, because your face will gradually get used to the new position.
- Once you put on a radiant smile, you will see the friendly attitude of the people around you. You'll love it!
- Stop smoking and drinking coffee often to avoid damaging your teeth.
- Use whitening at least once a month.
- Maintain facial symmetry. You will never be able to smile sweetly if your face is distorted. Achieving symmetry is difficult, but it is necessary. Go to the mirror, smile, maintaining symmetry. Remember this state!
- Approaching the mirror, press the corners of your lips with your fingers and make cute facial expressions. Practice, it will do you good.
- If after several training sessions your fingers do not find the edges of your lips, repeat this exercise again until this facial expression comes naturally.
What to do if your bad mood won't let go
You don’t always have a good mood; how can you keep your face up if you want to cry? Try to have a slight smile on your face, not to glow like a copper teapot, but to “bloom” sweetly and easily.
Even if you are in a bad mood, there is no need to frown; cheerful, friendly facial expressions will act on others like hypnosis.
You will see that people will treat you with care and kindness. And this attitude will make your mood much better.
Try to remember a funny joke or a pleasant event, such as your baby's first steps. A kind smile will involuntarily play on your face.
Tricks for getting fresh lips
Don't forget to keep your teeth and lips in order and wear appropriate makeup. After all, only fresh lips and white teeth will charm your chosen one. How can a girl achieve fresh and soft lips? This is not possible without constant care.
Try massage first. This manipulation promotes a rush of blood, causing the lips to become plump and beautiful:
- First, grease them with vegetable oil.
- Take a toothbrush and move it across your lips in different directions for 4-7 minutes several times a day.
- Lubricate them with honey, cinnamon oil, mint oil, do not rinse for 5-10 minutes. To get a lasting effect, do the procedure every day.
To add plumpness to your lips, purchase hyaluronic acid at the pharmacy. Grind a couple of tablets, mix with Vaseline, lubricate your lips without going beyond the contour, hold for 10 minutes, rinse with water.
Cosmetics will help you quickly get a fresh mouth. First, outline your lips with a pencil, then apply gloss. Apply a darker shade to the corners and contours of the lips, and light shade paint the rest of the space. And then smile using beautiful facial expressions.
